Which accounting principles does Henkel use?

Since 1997, Henkel has drawn up its annual and interim financial statements according to  “International Financial Reporting Standards” (IFRS).



When is the next dividend payment date?

The next dividend payment will be approved by the Annual General Meeting and the dividend will be distributed on the first business day following the Annual General Meeting. As of this date the share will be traded ex dividend.

What is Henkel’s dividend policy?

The level of dividend payout is primarily aligned to profit developments, and should be around 25 percent of Henkel’s earnings after minority interests and adjustment for exceptional items.



What should shareholders be aware of with regard to payment and taxation of dividends?

Henkel directly transfers capital gains compensation tax and solidarity surcharge to the tax authorities.
